What department or area did you work with most often?
I worked with the Customer Engagement and Success Department.
What was the most positive experience you had at the internship?
The type and amount of coaching that I received. I worked with a great team that each were willing to help me if I ever needed it. Being an intern in a large company is intimidating. I was lucky enough to have people on my team that wanted to help me grow, learn, and make the most of my internship.
What was the greatest learning experience?
Things Change. You need to be able to roll with the punches or bounce back from any change or challenge that comes your way. That’s what will make you stand out as an employee.
What is the biggest take away from your experience?
Make opportunities for yourself. People will give you projects when they have them, but it says a little bit more about you if you look for projects that you can help out with.
What skill(s) do you think you enhanced from this internship?
My soft skills have definitely improved based on my internship. I was also able to improve my verbal and written communication skills. I was also able to work with and master Salesforce a CRM software that most marketing and sales teams use.
