PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The higher education landscape and world of work have transformed at an unprecedented pace in the past two years. TCNJ seeks the expertise of current and prospective industry partners to join TCNJ leaders, as well as select faculty and staff, for a curated campus event to engage in meaningful discussion to discover how the TCNJ community can meet these changes in innovative and responsive ways both in and outside the classroom.
By attending this event, professionals in human resources and talent acquisition roles, corporate giving and corporate social responsibility functions, and select members of the TCNJ community will 1) discuss and develop current and new industry partnerships, 2) identify how industry and academia can create or enhance pedagogy and program design, 3) understand and explore the competencies needed for successful student outcomes and pathways after TCNJ, and 4) identify the potential for this event to expand into an annual, campus-wide gathering.
