College Enhancement Internship Program

Our Mission

The College Enhancement Internship Program is sponsored by the Division of Students Affairs and managed by the Office of Career & Leadership Development. This program’s overall goal is to drive the collaboration between TCNJ’s administration and students to enhance the college experience through student-based solutions. Each intern works with one department, offering a unique perspective to develop the college’s mission. Interns complete project-based assignments to help build their career competencies while also assisting with the progress of the respective departments.

The CE Program’s goals, therefore, are to:

  1. Provide an internship program that is uniquely able to foster skills in leadership, engagement, and professionalism
  2. Further TCNJ’s mission and create a better link of engagement between administration and students
